Job Description / Responsibilities:
Recruiting
• Support non-program-specific recruiting needs
• Assist with first round phone screens for high volume roles
Campus Engagement for Spring Recruiting Strategy
• Conduct initial outreach to schools and organizations
• Coordinate employee representatives attending events
• Gather and maintain school and organization contact lists
• Track and process related expenses
Keep Warm Strategy for Incoming Intern Class
• Create templates for newsletters, questionnaires, and other materials shared with incoming interns
Program Administration
• Create and maintain distribution lists
• Create and manage calendar invitations for summer programming
• Coordinate invitations for interns, managers, and mentors
• Book conference rooms and manage logistics
Program Materials
• Create and maintain intern and manager contact sheets
• Create and update the intern profile deck
